Booking confirmation:

The booking is confirmed by payment of the deposit which can be made by bank transfer, postal order or credit card.

Arrival:

Your rooms will be available from 2 pm.
Please let us know if you expect to arrive after 9 pm.

Departure:

Rooms must be left vacant by 10 am.

Payment:

We accept cash payments up to the amount of € 2999.00, debit and credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD, POSTE PAY.)
WE DO NO accept AMERICAN EXPRESS or cheques.

Early departure:

In the event of early departure we will be obliged to charge you for the full stay.

Cancellation:

In the event of cancellation, the management reserves the right not to refund the deposit paid.

The cancellation of the booking within 20 days before the arrival at the hotel will be charged 50% of the total amount.

The cancellation of the booking within 10 days before the arrival at the hotel will be charged 100% of the total amount.

Pets:

During the summer, your four-legged friends of small size (dogs) are allowed in the hotel, during the winter, pets are not allowed.
